returns info

All customised products are non returnable or refundable. This includes any items that have been embroidered and or printed with logos and any personalisation details.

To return items that have not been customised, customers will have to email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the order with the reasons for returning the items. ADM then will consider the request and advise the customer if the items can be returned or not and if any restocking charge will apply.

ADM will not accept large quantities (5 plus) of un-customised items to be returned due to the cost incurred by ADM in restocking the items with its supplier.

If you're buying in bulk, most of our products have a tiered discount based upon quantity. If this product is discounted when bulk buying, you'll see a discount table below and the 'price per item' will change as you increase the order quantity.
