The term ‘you” or ‘your” or “customer” refers to the viewer or user of the websites listed above.
The website allows for both quotations and online payments. Online payments will be taken in full at the point in which the order is complete. Sage Pay a third-party provider will process your payment. All sensitive payment information will be handled by Sage Pay. ADM does not store information relating to debit or credit cards. Please see the Sage Pay Security Policy for further information.
Website Content Errors
The content included on this website is for generally purposes only. ADM Leisurewear Ltd endeavour to keep the site correct and upto date with regards to prices, images and other promotional content. However, ADM will not be responsible for any typing errors or use of incorrect product information and pricing. ADM have the right to make any changes to product pricing and information without notice. If a product has been ordered that has been listed with an incorrect price ADM have the right to refuse or cancel the order even if payment has been made unless the correct price is charged for the purchase.
ADM take no responsibility nor do we endorse the content of linked websites that are included on this website.
Sizes & Colourways
Product images and colour options presented on the websites stated above or in any other form of media such as brochures and email content should be seen as a guideline only. Colour representation is only as accurate as the web and print design processes allow.

Sizes and colours shown on the websites are for guidance only. Sizes vary for each of the suppliers used by ADM. Some suppliers provide sizes in European or US form. If unsure about how these relate to UK sizes please contact ADM Leisurewear Ltd and a member of the sales team will advise and provide were possible further information.
Colours shown on the website are for guidance only and may vary to the actual colour of item delivered. Colours for each of the suppliers used by ADM vary and garment colours will not match across different suppliers due to the differing colour processes and fabrics used. If unsure about the colour of product shown please contact a member of the ADM sales team who will provide further information if available.
ADM can only provide advice on colours and sizes available but no recommendations will be offered by ADM staff. ADM are not responsible or accountable for the colours and sizes ordered by the customer. If unsure the customer should order samples prior to confirming the main order to avoid any disappointment or financial loss.
All samples are charged at full price as shown on the website and payment is required in full before dispatch. Where samples have been agreed that they can be returned they must do so within 21 days from date of dispatch. Samples must be returned in good condition in the same packaging as received and include original labels.
Upon receipt of the returned sample products, a credit note or refund will be issued within 10 days. ADM Leisurewear Ltd would suggest that returned sample orders be sent via courier or registered post, the cost of which will be borne by the customer. If the goods fail to arrive at ADM the customer will not be eligible for a credit note or refund. ADM cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post. Goods returned after the sample return period stated above will be refunded at the discretion of staff at ADM Leisurewear Ltd.
Unless contractually agreed, ADM Leisurewear Ltd retain the right to change prices, carriage costs and specifications without prior notification. ADM will not accept any liability or third party loss in the event we change prices, carriage costs or specification without notification.
In the case of ADM Leisurewear Ltd providing a written quotation, the validity of prices quoted will be 30 days from date of quote. After such time ADM has the right to change prices and requote if necessary.
If orders are delayed or suspended by the customers instructions or lack of, then ADM has the right to adjust prices to reflect the costs incurred on ADM Leisurewear Ltd. If ADM are unable to confirm the change in price with the customer, ADM may cancel the order and provide a refund in full to the customer.
All adult sizes are inclusive of VAT at the rate ruling at the time of delivery. Child sizes zero rated. Certain larger children’s sizes may include VAT such as the XLY where applicable from ADM suppliers.
Quotes are based on quantities required and if these are changed by the customer before orders are confirmed or payment made then ADM also has the right to change the quote supplied to reflect the change in quantity required by the customer.
Embroidered & Printed Goods
ADM Leisurewear Ltd are unable to provide a refund or exchange for any items that have been supplied that have been customised with either print and/or embroidery. The customer should check any orders before confirmation or payment as ADM will not accept any responsibility for items printed or embroidered incorrectly. ADM will not accept any liability for any damage caused when customising items supplied by the customer. ADM will refund or replace items supplied and customised by ADM only if the items are deemed faulty.
All orders except for those paid for online must be confirmed in writing. ADM Leisurewear Ltd will not accept or process any orders verbally. Once confirmation of an order has been received in writing or via the websites highlighted above, orders are processed within 24 hours. ADM will then contact the customer to confirm all order details. Once the order has been confirmed between ADM and the customer an expected delivery date will be provided. If delays occur due to the customer not supplying all the appropriate information (such as logos in a suitable format) then ADM cannot be responsible for any delays in the delivery of the order date given.
If ADM Leisurewear Ltd produces artwork to illustrate the products to be supplied, then once confirmed these graphic sheets are a binding contract between the customer and ADM. It is the customers responsibility to check the prices quoted and the detailed graphic sheets prior to order confirmation. All colours and designs illustrated by ADM on the graphic sheets provided are for visual guidance only. All graphic sheets created by ADM remain the copyright of ADM Leisurewear Ltd and cannot be copied by a competitor. Logos are not shown to scale on any of the graphic sheets or illustrations provided online via the customisation tool available at www.admdirect.co.uk or graphics created for online shops at www.admclubshop.co.uk
Sampling of logos maybe provided and once confirmed by the customer cannot be changed. Any delays in approving samples provided by ADM by the customer, may result in a delay in the production of the order. ADM Leisurewear Ltd will not be responsible for any such delays.
Orders paid online via www.admclubshop.co.uk are only processed once the online shop has been closed as requested by the customer who is the point of contact with ADM. Once the online shop closes all the orders received for that shop will be collated and processed together and treated as one complete and confirmed order. No changes to the individual orders, refunds or any additions can be made to this complete order once the online shop orders have been processed.
Any orders that are affected by out of stock items the customer will be contacted by ADM and either given a new expected delivery date for the product ordered or the option to request a refund or change the product to a similar priced garment that is available. Any delays by the customer to inform ADM of their decision could result in delays in receiving the order which ADM would not be responsible for. If the customer does not respond then ADM will assume that the customer is willing to wait until the product ordered comes into stock on the new date specified.
The company aim to delivery all stock related orders that are not customised within a 1-2 week period. The delivery period will depend on which ADM supplier/brand has been chosen. A guideline to the approximate delivery date is provided when ordering via www.admdirect.co.uk and confirmation by staff at ADM will be provided to the customer on receipt of payment.
For all orders that are customised with embroidery and or print the normal delivery period will be 2-4 weeks from order confirmation. Sales staff at ADM will provide an expected delivery date on confirmation of the order with the customer usually within 48 hours of the order being processed.
Where possible ADM Leisurewear Ltd will aim to meet any deadlines the customer has requested.
ADM leisurewear Ltd made to order garments ordered via www.admkitdesigner.co.uk will be delivered within a 4-6 week period once final artwork has been approved by the customer and payment received.
Orders via the website www.admclubshop.co.uk are only processed after the online shop has closed. Delivery is then 3-4 weeks after this date to one central address agreed with the shops main point of contact or posted to individual customers at their request and cost.
Once all orders have been confirmed by the customer the order cannot be cancelled unless the customer agrees to pay any costs incurred by ADM and a restocking fee of 30% of the full order value if garments have already been purchased by ADM Leisurewear Ltd. Once garments have been customised in anyway no order can be cancelled by the customer and the customer is liable for payment of the whole order.
ADM Leisurewear Ltd cannot accept any returns for items customised with embroidery and/or print.
Refunds & Returns
Non of below affects your statutory rights.
All orders placed on the online shop site (www.admclubshop.co.uk) are classed as customised items and therefore are not refundable. All items purchased via www.admdirect.co.uk that have been customised in anyway are also non-refundable. Garments manufactured in accordance to designs created via www.admkitdesigner.co.uk are also non-refundable by ADM Leisurewear Ltd.
If it is the customers opinion that the garment has been supplied incorrectly by ADM or it is felt that the items are faulty or have a defect please contact ADM Leisurewear Ltd via email or phone within 7 days of receiving the order.
Faulty items received by ADM after this period will lead to an investigation both by ADM and the supplier concerned.
Before returning any garments, ADM Leisurewear Ltd may request sending a photo of the fault/defect to first assess the issue raised. If a satisfactory solution cannot be agreed ADM will ask for the defected items to be returned. The customer must provide any evidence of proof of purchase when sending the faulty garments back to ADM Leisurewear Ltd. All faulty items should be returned to.
ADM Leisurewear Ltd
If the garments are found to be faulty or supplied incorrectly ADM Leisurewear Ltd will refund postage and replace the items free of charge. Proof of postage receipt will be required by ADM to refund any postal costs incurred by the customer. ADM will refund postal charge incurred up to the value of £9.00. If the cost to return the items exceeds this amount the customer should contact ADM, before sending back the items.
Non Customised Items
Due to strict guidelines and restrictions on returning non customised items back to suppliers ADM have a strict policy in accepting items back to be refunded or exchanged.
There is a no returns policy on all baselayers, underwear or bottoms as these are under wear products.
There is a no returns policy on all sale items or discontinued products.
To return items that have not been customised customers will have to complete the online returns form within 14 days of receiving the order. ADM then will consider the request and advise the customer if the items can be returned or not. All return requests are evaluated on an order by order basis.
Items can only be returned if the customer has received a returns authorisation code which will be issued within 5 days of receiving the returns request.
ADM will only refund or exchange items if they are returned within 7 days of receiving the returns authorisation number.
ADM may incur a restocking charge from suppliers and this maybe past onto the customer at the discretion of staff at ADM. The customer will be advised on the charge before the authorisation for returns is provided.
ADM will not accept large quantities (10 plus) of un-customised items to be returned due to the cost incurred by ADM in restocking the items with its supplier.
Any postage cost for items authorised to be returned will be absorbed by the customer. Any items that have been returned will be refunded minus the postage cost initially charged to the customer.
All non-customised items that have been authorised to be returned must be unworn and in their original condition, packaging and include original labels. Any returned items received that are unable to be resold or returned to the supplier for resale will not be refunded.
Any shortages or missing items to customised or non customised orders received should be notified to ADM Leisurewear Ltd within 7 days of receiving the order. Failure to notify ADM within this period will mean that ADM are unable to refund or replace the missing items.
If samples have been ordered then ADM would advise that the items ordered should be included in the final order to avoid any additional costs incurred. If a customer is unsure of the size samples to order then they should contact staff at ADM for advice.
If not collecting orders from ADM Leisurewear Ltd all orders are sent via courier on a 24hrs next working day tracked service.
The customer must provide a full postal address and ensure that arrangements have been made to take receipt of the order on the day of delivery by the courier firm. ADM will send out all orders in one consignment to the customer who then would be responsible for distributing individual orders to their members if applicable. Once delivered the customer must notify ADM of any shortages not highlighted within 7 days. ADM Leisurewear Ltd cannot take responsibility for boxes once opened and then left unattended in any public area for any given time.
ADM will endeavour to meet the expected delivery date provided at time of order confirmation. ADM Leisurewear Ltd shall not take responsibility if it is not able to meet its obligations to the customer due to conditions that constitute “Force Majeure” meaning an excusable delay, unforeseen circumstances proved to be beyond the reasonable control and without the fault or negligence of the customer but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, explosions, earthquakes, accident, failure of power supply, or strike by company employees that prevents the customer orders from being completed to the satisfaction of the customer. In such circumstances the customer can by written notice cancel the order but would be required to pay for work done up until that point in full.
Limitation Of Liability
ADM Leisurewear Ltd nor any of its directors or employees will be liable for loss or damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the services offered through the websites.
The use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is the subject to the laws of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
