no, but due to the procedures used for customisation there is an additional minimum order surcharge for orders of 3 garments or less. The cost of £20 will be requested once the order has been confirmed. This additional cost is clearly indicated when you click through to the customisation tool and customers must accept this surcharge before proceeding.  Origination charges and delivery charges will also be applicable.

All customised orders take longer to dispatch than non-customised orders. This is because customised items need to be scheduled with our production team. This process allows our production team the time to embroider, print and personalise efficiently meaning customised orders are usually delivered within a 2/3 week window. However, please feel free to contact the ADM team if you need a quick turnaround on a customised orders as we are here to help !

if you order online and use our customisation tool, you will be able to upload logos and text and create a visual that will give a good representation of how your order will be supplied. ADM can provide, if required, a more accurate graphic illustration before production starts but this is not always possible. Detailed graphic illustrations created in-house can not be supplied before the order is confirmed due to the cost involved and the danger of these graphics being supplied to competitors. Any graphics created by the adm team remain the property of adm, and must not be used by other custom clothing suppliers. On rare occasions, adm will agree to providing such graphics but this will be determined by a number of factors.

yes, if you dont feel confident in using our online customisation tool, please email your product requirements to [email protected] along with any logos and customisation instructions. ADM will then reply with a quote within 24 hours.

no, there will not be any further fees to use your alternate colour version logo

if you have chosen to customise one of our branded products such as nike, under armour or canterbury you will notice that the customiser image does not include the brand logo. these logos can not be shown on the customiser product illustration tool but please be assured that the custom garments supplied will include the brand logo in the place shown on the product page.

we offer an affordable digital printing option. your digital print is transferred to your personalised garments using heat. furthermore, the advance machinery cuts your branding or image from a section of vinyl, then the adm team will remove the leftover vinyl. additionally, the team will then place your logo on the items and our advance machinery completes the print.
