All customised products are non returnable or refundable. This includes any items that have been embroidered and or printed with logos and any personalisation details.

To return items that have not been customised, customers will have to email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the order with the reasons for returning the items. ADM then will consider the request and advise the customer if the items can be returned or not and if any restocking charge will apply.

ADM will not accept large quantities (5 plus) of un-customised items to be returned due to the cost incurred by ADM in restocking the items with its supplier.

Conforms to EN ISO471:2013 Class 3 EN343 against foul weather. Waterproof Oxford PU coated Polyester outer fabric. Navy contrast helps to provide a corporate image whilst disguising dirt around the hem and cuff areas. Quilted Nylon lining with 190g Polyester wadding. Heavy duty zip front with studded storm flap. Navy elastication at cuffs and hem. 2 outer pockets with storm flaps. Inside patch pocket. Concealed hook and loop fastening in hood with draw cord adjuster. Fully stitched and taped seams to ensure 100% waterproof.

Washing Instructions Maximum washing temperature 40ºC. Normal process wash as synthetics. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Do not tumble dry or wring. Do not dry clean. Cold rinse short spin. No professional dry cleaning in perchloroethylene or hydrocarbons. Do not wash in biological powder. 25 max. wash cycle.
