ADM & Canterbury team up with Eton Manor RFC for the 2022/23 season
The ADM team is delighted to announce a new three year agreement with Eton Manor RFC, supplying the Canterbury of New Zealand rugby brand. We signed the agreement in record time after the Eton Manor RFCs previous supplier went into administration. The Director of Rugby, Mark Farrell, contacted ADM after discovering the ADM website via a quick Google search.
Two weeks later, meetings had taken place, samples approved, and a commercial partnership agreement signed on behalf of Eton Manor RFC, Canterbury clothing and ADM.
Furthermore, the club was impressed by the speed at which the ADM team had coordinated the meetings and how we took the time to visit the club representatives in East London. Reassurances were also provided by Canterbury staff on the secure footing of the brand, highlighting to the club that their owners were the global brand powerhouse Pentland Brands Limited.
The Eton Manor rugby teams
The commercial terms agreed upon included a financial package to sponsor the inaugural Manor 7-a-side competition, held on 28/5/22. Entries for the men’s and lady’s competitions are now full. The organiser and the Director of Rugby at Eton Manor RFC Mark Farrell hopes the competition is “East London’s biggest 7-a-side tournament”. Eton Manor RFC based in Redbridge, London, has several senior sides who play in the Essex Merit leagues with a prosperous mini and youth section, plus the first team currently plays in London 1 North. Furthermore, the girl’s team is rapidly expanding to support the women’s team at the club.
