Order of the Week: Wigan 10K Technical Tee for Joining Jack
This week’s Order of the Week goes to the Wigan 10K Tee, created in partnership with Joining Jack – a remarkable charity raising both money and awareness for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD).Â
Every year, Joining Jack organises the Wigan 10K, one of the North West’s most popular community running events, alongside other fundraising activities that bring people together in support of the cause. Since its inaugural race in 2013, the Wigan 10K has become not only a flagship event for the charity but also a symbol of hope and progress, having already raised over half a million pounds to fight DMD.Â
This Year’s T-Shirt
For 2025, the official event t-shirt is a royal blue technical tee, specially designed for performance and comfort. Crafted using a sublimation process, the design is integrated directly into the fabric – ensuring it remains breathable, lightweight, and durable, even during high-intensity activities like running.
The front of the shirt showcases a bold yellow landscape design, catching the eye with its vibrant contrast against the royal blue base. On the back, a special detail commemorates the charity’s incredible milestone: £500,000 raised since 2013. It’s not just a running tee – it’s a celebration of community spirit and determination.Â
