returns info

All customised products are non returnable or refundable. This includes any items that have been embroidered and or printed with logos and any personalisation details.

To return items that have not been customised, customers will have to email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the order with the reasons for returning the items. ADM then will consider the request and advise the customer if the items can be returned or not and if any restocking charge will apply.

ADM will not accept large quantities (5 plus) of un-customised items to be returned due to the cost incurred by ADM in restocking the items with its supplier.

This sports bag is made of high quality 600d polyester. The upper has a U-shaped zip, which gives access to the spacious and reinforced main compartment. This is also equipped with an extra pocket with zip inside. Furthermore, the bag contains a spacious side pocket and a side pocket of mesh on the short side. The shoulder strap contains a soft padding. The bag has reflective details and a water-repellent bottom with studs. The Merano sports bag is similar to the Loreto bag, but smaller in size. With dimensions of 52 x 32 x 31 cm (W x H x D).
