returns info

All customised products are non returnable or refundable. This includes any items that have been embroidered and or printed with logos and any personalisation details.

To return items that have not been customised, customers will have to email [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the order with the reasons for returning the items. ADM then will consider the request and advise the customer if the items can be returned or not and if any restocking charge will apply.

ADM will not accept large quantities (5 plus) of un-customised items to be returned due to the cost incurred by ADM in restocking the items with its supplier.

This Stanno Prime Softshell Jacket Ladies has a ladies fit and is water and wind repellent, but still breathable. The jacket has a high-waisted collar and a hood with elastic drawstring. The zipper is closed with a storm flap on the inside. The pockets are closed with high-quality SBS zippers. The side pockets provide plenty of room to carry your belongings. This jacket has a round and longer back and features Stanno logos on the right chest and back. Also, the Prime Softshell Jacket Ladies has a ribbed cuff at the end of the sleeves for extra warmth and comfort.
